Tesla

Tesla Motors is a North American company created in 2003 based in California. Under the command of Elon Musk,

it manufactures and markets vehicles, as well as components and batteries for other manufacturers such as the Daimler group or Toyota.

Taking the name of the physicist and engineer Nikola Tesla, it develops induction motors by creating compact systems and with fewer moving parts than a conventional heat engine.

Likewise, the company has its own patents for its manufacture, which have been released to the public since 2014.

Tesla Motors‘ primary goal is to market all-Electric Vehicles, including affordable sedans, sports cars, and compacts.

The Tesla Roadster was the company’s first vehicle, a fully electric sports car, a pioneer in the use of Lithium-Ion Batteries with ranges of more than 300 kilometers per charge.

The first prototypes were shown to the public in 2006 and currently holds the world record for autonomy in a mass-produced Electric Vehicle with 501 kilometers.

Between 2008 and 2012, the company put into circulation more than 2000 units around the world.

Following the completion of Tesla Roadster production, Tesla continues to be present on the market with vehicles that combine the latest technology in development, as well as design, quality and representation.

Tesla Logo

The Tesla logo seems, a priori, very simple, as it resembles a large “T”. However, Elon Musk himself has explained that the brand’s logo is much more than that,

since it tries to refer to the cross section of an electric motor, with both rotors and the stator in a central position.

Tesla New Car | Tesla 3 | Tesla Y | Tesla Internship | Tesla XIn this way, the company’s logo represents the transformation of energy in motion, the zenith of the North American company,

which uses electricity to power its vehicles. It has not been easy to discover this meaning, since it has taken 14 years for Elon Musk himself,

through Twitter, to explain to one of his followers the meaning of this apparently simple logo.

Tesla All Models

The first Tesla model was the aforementioned Tesla Roadster. It was a two-seater, rear-wheel drive,

electrically powered convertible with Lotus bodywork. With this model, of which Tesla sold more than 2000 units between 2009 and 2011,

the American firm began to make itself heard, combining sportiness and efficiency in a single vehicle.

Not everything was perfect, since this model, despite enjoying great acceleration power,

suffered from an overweight that was not mitigated even with its carbon fiber body. The comfort equipment was also very scarce,

especially considering that the base price was around € 100,000.

The Tesla Model S helped Tesla demonstrate its potential. The American company launched in 2012 a luxury liftback,

almost 5 meters long, with clear indications of facing fierce competition led by models such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, the Lexus LS or the Audi A8.

With up to 7 seats -two of them facing the opposite direction- and a futuristic interior with a large 17 “touch screen as a control center,

The Tesla Model S, of which more than 100,000 units have already been marketed,

has been a break with the conventionality of the segment of premium sedans of representation.

The Tesla Model 3 has meant a new starting point for the American firm, which has developed a more affordable product with all the brand’s technology,

enjoying systems like the AutoPilot, an autonomous driving assistant that uses radar and infrared sensors. and a profuse number of cameras.

Tesla Roadster

The Tesla Roadster was one of the first cars to be marketed by the Elon Musk brand.

It was back in 2008, and by then it was becoming a pioneering car by importing electric drive technology into a sports car.

The result was quite striking, and achieved a good number of sales, especially in the United States.

Three years after its commercialization, the first generation of Tesla Roadster was discontinued and the name of this product was practically forgotten.

However, in 2017 the North American company announced that its medium-term plans included the development of the second generation of its iconic model.

The evolution of the Tesla Roadster will have several differences, including its design.

In this case, it will not be developed from the bodywork of the Lotus Elise, but will enjoy a 100% original image.

On the other hand, its benefits, since this car has been announced as one of the world’s cars, with some acceleration data and top speed that impresses.

Among its rivals, we find different models. Perhaps the most notable is the BMW i8, for also incorporating Electrical Technology.

However, given the promised performance, it can also face models like the Porsche 911 or the Audi R8, among many others.

The second generation of Tesla Roadster is expected as a new revolution in the Electric Car segment.

An impressive car with performance capable of unseating any Supercar on the market.

New Tesla Roadster

The design of the first-generation Tesla Roadster was something unusual. It stands out, mainly,

for its similarities with the Lotus Elise, a model from which it took a large part of its bodywork.

It is true that it had some elements of its own, but the resemblance was considerable.

This new generation is born within a more consolidated brand and with greater recognition in the market.

For this reason, it is possible to provide a personal design more in line with other Tesla models.

Hence, some features resemble those of the Tesla Model S. In any case, the Tesla Roadster is a car that can shine on its own.

The front has very sharp and clean shapes, since as a good electric, it does not require a front grill with which to cool the engine.

In this way, it makes the whole set more harmonious, incorporating very sporty lines in the lower part of the bumper,

which then rise to draw marked and muscular wheel arches.

The hood has a slight curve and flows almost seamlessly to the windshield.
On the side there is a marked coupe style.

Forced angles or out of place shapes are hardly noticeable. The entire drawing seeks the aggressiveness of a sports car.

To achieve its convertible aesthetic, this car features a removable roof panel that reveals the cabin in true Targa style.

Finally, the rear of the Tesla Roadster is a compact package that follows the lines of the front.

The drivers go unnoticed, while the finishing touch is provided by an adaptive spoiler that unfolds according to the speed of the car.

Nor can we forget the huge diffuser, which provides a good extra aerodynamics to this sports car.

Tesla Roadster Interior

The Exterior design of the Tesla Roadster is not the only element that has been completely renewed in this second generation.

The cabin has also undergone major modifications and has become a very modern space with important Futuristic details.

In this way, it is guaranteed that when this car goes on the market it will be one of the most avant-garde models and that it can be at the same technological level as its range brothers.

The driving position is very minimalist in style. There are hardly any notable elements,

except for an oval steering wheel in the purest Formula 1 style that looks more like the control of a spaceship.

The instrument panel is fully digital and will possibly offer a great deal of information about the car and its behavior.

The central console is made up of a large vertically positioned touch screen from which all the car’s electronic systems can be controlled.

The Tesla Roadster is a two-seater model, and both seats have been designed to offer good body support.

Its design is very reminiscent of the backet type, although this does not mean that they will be uncomfortable.

On the equipment not much data has been revealed, although it is easy to be optimistic in the case of a Tesla model.

It will have a large number of driving assistants, and it may even have an autonomous driving system.

What is certain is that this model will go on the market to be at the forefront of its segment.

Tesla Supercar

Despite its interesting and futuristic aesthetics, what has most attracted the attention of this car is the performance it promises.

It was Elon Musk himself who has cataloged it as the fastest car in the world, capable of leaving behind the Supercars that are known today.

The Tesla Roadster is advertised as a car capable of accelerating from zero to one hundred in 1.9 seconds.

Not only that, but its maximum speed would be above 400 kilometers per hour.

With these figures, it is difficult not to remain anxious about the arrival of the Roadster.

Similarly, this car is not only about speed, but its range will be close to 1,000 kilometers.

Given these data, the obligatory question refers to which propulsion system it will use and whether it will incorporate a New Generation Battery, lighter and more efficient.

In any case, this car is not within reach of all pockets. A reservation period has been opened for the first thousand units,

Tesla Roadster Features

Acceleration 0-60 mph 1.9 sec.
Acceleration 0-100 mph 4.2 sec.
Acceleration 1/4 mile 8.8 sec.
Top Speed Over 250 mph
Wheel Torque 10,000 Nm
Mile Range 620 Miles
Seating 4
Drive All-Wheel Drive

The Tesla Roadster is a 100% electric sports car, to be manufactured by Tesla soon.

The first generation of the Tesla Roadster was marketed between 20082012, although it was really a Lotus Elise in which the internal combustion engine had been replaced by electric motors and batteries.

In 2017, Tesla introduced the second generation, which is expected to reach dealerships in 2021,

and which will have features that are hard to believe: a maximum speed of more than 400 km / h and an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in just 2.1 seconds, all with an electric range of 1000 kilometers.

Tesla presented it as the fastest car in the world, something that it will have to prove since it would even imply surpassing the records of the Bugatti Chiron,

which has reached a maximum speed of 490 kilometers per hour and an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.5 seconds, thanks to its 1500 hp W16 engine.

Tesla Roadster Performance

The highlight of this Tesla Roadster sports car, and by far, are its benefits. Tesla has not yet revealed its potency,

but among the numbers it has provided, there are two that are truly incredible. The first, its ability to reach a maximum speed of over 400 km / h.

The second, its acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in just 2.1 seconds. There are still more interesting figures,

such as that from 0 to 160 km / h it only takes 4.2 seconds and that I practice the quarter mile in 8.8 seconds.

Tesla Roadster has not only achieved a sufficient power-to-weight ratio to achieve these goals, but saving distances could be relatively simple.

Tesla has had to achieve a power transmission between Batteries and Electric Motors far superior to what we have ever seen in an Electric Car, at least with Electrolyte-Based Battery Systems.

Tesla Roadster Price

The Tesla Roadster will also boast seating for four and feature a removable glass roof that stores in the trunk.

With a base price of $200,000 in U.S.A, Tesla is accepting reservations for the $250,000 Founders Series model that you can reserve for a cool $50,000.

Tesla Model S

The Tesla Model S is an all-electric, 5-meter E-segment luxury saloon that has been manufactured by Tesla since 2012.

Although it is a veteran product, it has undergone minor updates over the years.

The Tesla Model S has five seats distributed in two rows of seats, but can optionally be equipped with seven seats thanks to a third row with two child seats.

It has a large Lithium-Ion Battery that provides a WLTP range between 593 and 610 kilometers, depending on the version.

The Tesla Model S is a product that has practically no competition, since there has been no other comparable model in terms of distinction,

performance and electric range until, in 2019, Porsche presented the Taycan.

Tesla has manufactured an Electric Alternative to the Audi A6, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E-Class.

But, in the coming years, there will be more products that will be able to match the Tesla, such as the Audi e-tron GT or the BMW i4.

Tesla Model S Exterior

The body design of the Tesla Model S has remained largely intact since its launch back in 2013, when it was only sold in a handful of regions.

Today what stands out the most in the global calculation is its front, from which the air intakes have practically disappeared.

The headlights, with full LED technology, offer a very characteristic light signature.

The Tesla Model S doesn’t try to hide its coupe intentions. Despite being a 5-door saloon, this model enjoys details typical of sporty-cut models,

such as frameless doors or flush handles, which automatically peek out.

The more conventional rear part adds robustness to the ensemble with wide and high “shoulders”.

Tesla Model S Interior

Inside, the Tesla Model S opts for the minimalism of the latest trends, with the minimum number of buttons and switches possible.

This is possible thanks to the centralization of functions through a Gigantic touch screen of nothing more and nothing less than 17 inches.

The instrumentation also uses a completely digital display.

The cabin of the Tesla is, as usual in this type of car, suitable for five passengers, but better conditioned for only four occupants.

However, the Model S offers, as an option, a third row of emergency seats with two seats designed for children, who will travel in the opposite direction to the march.

The Tesla Model S has two trunks thanks to the absence of a heat engine that takes up space in the front.

That is why under the hood we find a hole of 150 liters, to which should be added the huge 755 liters available in the rear trunk, the largest in its category.

Tesla Model S performance

The Tesla Model S enjoys two different variants in which the differences are, above all, with respect to autonomy and performance.

With the April 2019 update, the Tesla Model S is only offered with the highest capacity battery, 100 kWh.

The battery is always housed in the floor of the car, while its motors are located in line with the axles.

The access variant is called “Great Autonomy” and has all-wheel drive. It reaches 610 km of homologated autonomy, according to the WLTP cycle.

Its performance is excellent, typical of a sports car: it accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.8 seconds and reaches a top speed of 250 km / h.

On top is the Performance variant, with impressive acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.6 seconds, all-wheel drive.

By offering better performance, it has less autonomy, homologated at 593 kilometers, according to the WLTP cycle.

Tesla S Autopilot

Tesla ensures that any of its models are Autonomous Vehicles at the hardware level, that is, they are technically capable of driving without a driver with all the guarantees.

When there is a change in legislation, the Tesla will only need a software update to become true Autonomous Cars, now fully functional.

The Tesla Model S includes version 2.0 of the Autopilot system thanks to eight surround cameras,

twelve ultrasound sensors – which allow detecting the objects around the vehicle – and a front radar to see even ahead of the preceding vehicle.

In this video, Tesla explains how the Autopilot system works.

Because the capabilities of the Autopilot are limited for legislative reasons, what remains of the system is something very similar to the cruise control that we can find in vehicles like Audi.

Basically the Tesla Model S is capable of accelerating and braking depending on the traffic.

It is capable of stopping if the vehicle preceding the march does so, or resuming it automatically, always keeping the vehicle within the lane.

The system can also act on the steering, drawing any type of curve on the highway, although the driver must always hold the steering wheel, attentive and ready at all times.

Tesla Model S Price

The 2021 Tesla Model S Long Range Plus, which is the base model of Tesla , starts at $79,990 in California U.S.A.

That makes it one of the highest-priced luxury Electric Cars, The Tesla Model S Performance starts at $99,990 in California U.S.A.

The Porsche Taycan is the closest competitor to the Tesla Model S.

Tesla Model 3

Tesla Model 3 is offered in three variants – Standard, Long Range & Performance.

The Tesla Model 3 is the third member of Tesla Motors 100% electric vehicle range.

This New model 3 was born with the vocation of an affordable vehicle within the Tesla family,

which is why from the beginning it has accumulated a large number of orders; In the United States it can be purchased for just over $ 40,000,

which makes it the most economical option of the American manufacturer.

The access model to the Tesla range has had certain difficulties when it comes to production.

These delays in the production of the Tesla Model 3 have conveyed the idea that the company was not taking this model very seriously,

over the existing ones, which is not the case.

Of course, the new Model 3 is the new Tesla with the most modest features of the entire range.

Tesla Model 3 Features

The company itself was forced to compare the performance of its two models, the Tesla Model S and the Model 3 ensuring that the security levels were equal.

But that this latest model was not the most advanced of their Electric Vehicles.

The autonomy of the Tesla Model 3 is located at 344 kilometers; 200 kilometers below its older brother: the Tesla Model S, with 568 kilometers of autonomy.

On the other hand, one of Tesla’s signatures is the great acceleration they achieve with Electric Vehicle, as they have instant torque.

The Tesla Model S requires 2.3 seconds to reach 100 km / h.

If we look at the performance of the Tesla Model 3, this new model requires 5.6 seconds to reach the same speed.

Tesla Model 3 Interior

The cabin of the new Tesla Model 3 will be suitable for any trip with five adults on board.

Unfortunately, the new Tesla Model 3 does not bring options in which you can have extra seats for children, as is the case with the Tesla Model S.

In order to promote interior habitability, the seats have been moved forward,

achieving The Interior Of  Tesla Model 3 provides more space for the rear occupants.

As is customary in Tesla vehicles, a large central screen has been incorporated in which all the functions are integrated,

being the first vehicle of the brand in lack of instrumentation behind the wheel.

All the parameters necessary for driving are displayed on this large central screen.

This screen has dimensions of up to 15 inches and is, for the first time, in a horizontal position

It is possible to have a large panoramic roof that will expand the feeling of spaciousness for its occupants,

helping to make journeys more enjoyable and less tedious.

Another of the great differences of the Tesla Model 3 compared to its range brothers is the number of possible combinations for personalization, limited to just over a hundred.

This figure seems large, but we cannot forget that the Tesla Model S is capable of offering more than 1,500 different combinations.

The rivals of the Tesla Model 3 are few and none of them are compatible with the network of Superchargers of the Californian manufacturer.

In this way, the Tesla Model 3 will target the BMW i3, Nissan Leaf and, in other markets, the Chevrolet Volt EV or Opel Ampera E – here is the proof.

Tesla New Car | Tesla 3 | Tesla Y | Tesla Internship | Tesla X

Tesla Model 3 Safety

Safety is the most important part of the overall Tesla Model 3 design.

The metal structure is a combination of steel and aluminum, for maximum strength in every area.

In a roof-crush test, even with an all-glass wide view roof: that’s the same weight as two full-grown African elephants.

Tesla Model 3 resisted four times its own mass,

In the safety section, the new Tesla Model 3 stands out for the maximum rating obtained in the US,

European and Asian tests, making the Tesla Model 3 the safest vehicle in its segment,

waiting to see the Results obtained by the new electric Volvos jointly developed with Polestar

Tesla Model 3 Performance

The new Tesla Model 3 is about an average saloon. These are the dimensions of the Tesla Model 3 it is 4.7 meters long, 1.8 meters wide and 1.43 meters high.

Inside, we have capacity for five occupants.
How could it be otherwise, the Tesla Model 3 is a 100% Electric Vehicle.

The hardware of this model allows the use of the Tesla AutoPilot semi-autonomous driving functionality,

all powered by a set of batteries that can be charged quickly.

The way in which the batteries of the Tesla Model 3 are charged is the same as the rest of the brand vehicles,

except for the extra involved in the use of Tesla Superchargers, for which we must pay if we own a Model 3 and not in the case of Model S.

The motors of the Tesla Model 3 are still three-phase Electric Motors that can have two configurations,

with a motor on the rear axle or two motors creating the ‘DualDrive‘ all-wheel drive solution,

with which the torque that reaches the ground is managed through the force applied by each motor.

Tesla Model X

Tesla expands its range of electric models with the Tesla Model X.

After seeing the first official photos, one of the most curious elements of the car and its future hallmark is confirmed.

the spectacular rear doors that Tesla has baptized as’ Doors Of Hawk Wing ‘.
Inside you find more space and up to three rows of seats for seven passengers.

It has a 90 kWh battery and a long list of equipment that includes autonomous parking, heated leather seats,

daytime running lights, automatic emergency braking, folding third row of seats, keyless access and automatic tailgate.

Another of the most curious elements of the Tesla Model X is the chemical or biological protection button.

Elon Musk has been proud to affirm that the Tesla Model X is the first car in the world prepared for a chemical or biological attack,

thanks to its gigantic air filter, up to ten times greater than that of any other modern vehicle.

This ensures that in normal conditions, the interior of the Tesla Model X has an air quality at the level of any hospital room.

In the ‘biological attack‘ mode, this filter is capable of filtering bacteria 300 times better than a conventional one,

500 times better allergens, 700 times environmental pollution and up to 800 times more efficient at filtering viruses.

Tesla Model X Interior

The interior of the Tesla Model X is available in three custom passenger configurations, with a choice of 5, 6 or 7 seats.

The dashboard is dominated by a huge 17-inch horizontal screen, from where you can operate apps like Spotify or locate the closest supercharger.

In addition, it has the large panoramic glass windshield – very similar to that of the Citroën C4 SpaceTourer – that offers spectacular visibility for the driver and passenger.

As it does not have a sunshade, an optimized solar tint has been used on the upper part of the front window.

There is no start button: when the driver steps on the brake, the door closes and the car is ready to go.

As a curiosity, the cabin is protected with a technology called “Bioweapon Defense Mode

that is capable of protecting its passengers from external contamination, and even from attacks with military Biological Weapons.

2021 Tesla Model X

In addition, the highlight is its autonomy figures, homologated by the NEDC (New European Driving Cycle): the most accessible model in the range,

the Model X 100D has a maximum autonomy of 565 kilometers, while the P100D of “maximum performance “offers 542 kilometers of range to the owner.

The Tesla Model X has all-wheel drive as standard, its rear gull-wing doors (with a sensor to avoid rubbing the roof in garages);

the third row of seats (another of its great assets) will be optional.

But, without a doubt, one of the aspects that attract the most attention are the vertically opening rear doors, called ‘Falcon-Wing Doors‘.

The Tesla Model X platform is based on that of the brand’s saloon, the Tesla Model S, with which it shares 60% of its parts.

On the front, the grill does not have openings for cooling, as it is not necessary to be electric.

The headlights use LED technology and the suspension is air, allowing the height of the Model X to vary depending on its speed.

In addition, due to the particular propulsion system of the new Model X, it has two trunks,

one in front and one behind (since the electric motors take up very little space). It is available with a 100 kWh battery.

This value determines the engine power, maximum range and performance.

The most powerful Tesla Model X is capable of 0-100 km / h in 3.1 seconds and reaches a top speed of 250 km / h.

Tesla Model X Price

The 2020 Tesla Model X ( Long Range ) starts at $79,990 in USA, making it one of the most expensive vehicles in the luxury Electric SUV class.

The Tesla Model X ( Plaid ) luxury Electric SUV price to $99,990 in USA.

Tesla Model Y

The Tesla Model Y is the new bet of the North American manufacturer of Electric Vehicles within the growing segment of SUV vehicles.

The Tesla Model Y is a car focused on expanding Elon Musk’s company offering.

It does so in the so-called Cossover segment, which is currently led by the Tesla Model X.

With this new addition to the range, it is expected to increase the company’s sales volume and extend Electric Propulsion Technology to new market niches.

So much so, that it is already speculated that this new Tesla Model Y will become a benchmark within the firm.

Tesla New SUV | Tesla Crossover

In any case, not much information about this car has yet been revealed.

At the moment, all that is known for sure is that it will compete directly with some of the leading cars in the segment.

As rivals of the Tesla Model Y, the BMW X3, the Audi Q5 or the Mercedes GLC stand out; models with which it maintains obvious differences,

on the other hand, it also seems certain that this model will serve as a platform for Tesla’s new Autonomous driving system, the so-called AutoPilot 2.0.

The new Model Y 2019 would be the first production model to incorporate it. The New Tesla Model Y is expected to be presented to the public in March 2019.

The latest rumors and movements of the North American company suggest that it is quite feasible to see, at least, the conceptual version.

In any case, Elon Musk’s company is targeting 2020 as its production and marketing date.

As for the price of the Tesla Model Y, this new Tesla SUV is expected to be positioned between the Model 3 and the Model S.

In other words, it is expected to be in the $ 50,000 range for the standard or basic version.

According to the latest rumors circulating on the net, the new 2019 Tesla Model Y will be assembled using the Model 3 chassis.

Furthermore, it will not equip the gull-wing-style doors found on the most familiar model in the range: the Tesla Model X.

Tesla New Car | Tesla 3 | Tesla Y | Tesla Internship | Tesla X

Tesla Crossover

In terms of design, the next Tesla Model Y will try to perpetuate the predominant style in the rest of the manufacturer’s range.

Therefore, you will be looking for a design with clean lines and uncluttered areas with a slight futuristic undertone.

The whole set will have a Crossover-like shape, although in this case the SUV aesthetics could go unnoticed due to the large volume that the cabin will draw.

Inside the Tesla Model Y there shouldn’t be too much news with respect to the other Tesla Models.

The New Model Y will seek a more continuous character by incorporating characteristic elements of the brand,  such as the large touch screen located vertically in the center of the center console.

However, it cannot be ruled out that the Interior of the Model Y acquires some elements of its own with the to gain some personality.

In terms of equipment, sure that the new Tesla will have a wide array of elements; They will be led by the aforementioned AutoPilot 2.0.

It will also have good quality materials and finishes, all with the intention of reinforcing its premium character and being able to compete in that segment.

Tesla Model Y Performance

When it comes to talking about the mechanical capabilities of the Tesla Model Y, too much data is not known.

There is some speculation that this car will have a New Battery System that will extend its Autonomy.

If we take into account the rest of the range, we can mention a range of the Tesla Model Y that reaches a minimum of 350 kilometers although, taking into account Tesla’s plans in the medium term, it could be even more.

A system very similar to that of the models that are already being sold, and which promises very interesting features.

In this case, the size and weight of the new 2019 Tesla Model Y may work against it, but even so, it will continue to be at the height of its rivals.

2021 Tesla Model Y

The standard version of the Tesla Model Y is called “Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive“, because of its rear wheel drive.

It has a 256 hp engine and a range of 540 kilometers according to the WLTP cycle.

This version accelerates to 100 km / h in 5.8 seconds and has a top speed of 209 km / h.

The second version is called “Long Range Battery All-Wheel drive“. This version has two engines and all-wheel drive.

It has 351 hp, a range of 505 kilometers according to the WLTP cycle, accelerates to 100 km / h in 5.1 seconds and has a top speed of 217 km / h.

Finally, the most powerful version is called “Performance All-Wheel drive” and this is more expensive than the previous one.

It also has 2 engines and 462 hp, accelerates to 100 km / h in 3.7 seconds (a figure more typical of a sports car), offers 480 km of Autonomy and reaches a top speed of 241 km / h.

This version adds a Carbon Fiber spoiler, 20 ″ wheels, aluminum pedals and the exclusive “Track Mode” function.

Track Mode is geared towards track driving. This driving mode cools the Electric Motors and the battery more aggressively, and increases the intensity of regenerative braking.

It offers an Electronic Differential to allow faster cornering and a “Drift Mode” that induces spectacular skids.

The Tesla Model Y benefits from the extensive network of Supercharger fast chargers (or Superchargers), already installed throughout the USA, much of Europe and Spain.

Tesla Model Y 7 Seat Interior

The Tesla Model Y takes on features of the Model 3 and Model X.  However,

Tesla has dispensed with daring and expensive solutions, such as the hawk-wing doors of the Model X.

Inside, the Tesla Model Y stands out for having 7 seats -although they are for five adult passengers and two for small children- and a cargo space of 1,868 liters with the seats folded down.

Otherwise, the Tesla Model Y is practically the same as the Tesla Model 3.

It dispenses with traditional instrumentation and, instead, has a large 15-inch high-resolution screen in the center of the dashboard,

which will act as a Instrumentation and Entertainment System, with Google Maps, WiFi, and very complete information about the trip, car and cargo.

The buttons have been removed from the dashboard, and even the air conditioning vents.

These have been cleverly hidden so as not to break the minimalist aesthetic of this car.

Tesla Model Y Price

The Tesla Model Y Standard Range (Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive) has a $41,990 starting price in USA,

making it one of the most expensive vehicles in the luxury  Electric SUV class.

The Model Y (Long Range Battery All-Wheel drive) starts at $49,990,

and upgrading to the Tesla Model Y  (Performance All-Wheel drive) raises the price to $59,990 in USA.

Tesla Cybertruck

The Tesla Cybertruck is Tesla’s Electric Truck, a recently revealed vehicle that will go into production at the end of 2021 and for which more than 250,000 reservations have already been reported since it was officially unveiled.

Cybertruck

What has given more to talk about has undoubtedly been the Futuristic Tesla pick-up design, the Cybertruck.

Its flat lines, large clean surfaces and its look rescued from the future, result in an All-Electric Truck that arrives to compete in the tightest segment of the US market, that of the pick-up, where the Ford F150 is king.

The measurements of the Cybertruck are 5,881 mm in length, 2,027 mm in width and 1,905 mm in height,

All with extremely angular shapes that leave us a completely flat front with a linear optical group that runs the entire width of the vehicle.

The A-pillars are tremendously inclined and, at the highest point, a descent begins towards the rear, where there is a cargo bed with 2,831 liters of volumetric capacity.

The rectangular wheel arches or the completely flat rear view give way to Off-road tires and a roof with Solar Panels that help to recharge its battery.

The Interior of the Electric Cybertruck was not revealed at the presentation, but an image has been provided that accompanies these lines where its configuration of six seats (3 + 3) can be appreciated.

Its design will remain minimal in the cabin, with a huge touch screen in the center of the Dashboard and a very Futuristic square steering wheel.

The dashboard looks like a large slab of marble, although it will be far from being this heavy material.

Tesla’s armored glass was another of the characteristics that was talked about during and after the presentation of the Cybertruck.

Elon Musk announced that the body and windows of his new Electric Truck would be armored and that they would resist all kinds of impacts.

However, during the demo, the side window of the Cybertruck broke when it was hit by a Metal ball.

Tesla Cybertruck Horsepower

Honoring the other models of the brand, such as the Tesla Model S or the Tesla Model X,

The Cybertruck is a fully Electric Truck that will be available with different propulsion systems, batteries and autonomies.

There are three different options (all data has not yet been disclosed):

The first, the access to range, will be the Tesla Cybertruck with a single engine. These are its most outstanding features:

  • Rear Drive
  • 0-60 mph in 6.5 seconds
  • Range – More Than 400 km

The second option, the intermediate version within the range of Tesla’s electric pick-up, will bet on a fully electric propulsion system composed of two motors and a lithium-ion battery:

  • All Wheel-Drive
  • 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds
  • Range – More Than 480 km

The last option will be the most complete, equipped and performance of the range, with a new propulsion system that will have three Electric Motors and a battery. However, its production will take another year, until 2022:

  • All Wheel-Drive
  • 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds
  • Quarter mile 10.8 seconds
  • Maximum speed: 209 km / h
  • Range More Than 800 km

Its Exterior design allows it to have exceptional off-road dimensions, with a 35 degree angle of attack, a 28 degree departure angle and a ground clearance of 406 mm.

When it comes to towing capacity, Tesla’s Electric Truck will have a capacity that will range from 3,400 to 6,350 kilograms.

Tesla Pickup Truck

Elon Musk’s company also took the opportunity to reveal some images that advance the tremendous possibilities of the Tesla Cybertruck.

Its rear cargo bed will allow customers to transport all kinds of objects up to a maximum of 2,831 liters,

including an Electric Quad that was presented alongside the model, but it will also offer interesting conversions, such as the Tesla Pickup Cybertruck. Few details were announced of this.

Tesla’s special camper version, but based on official images we know that the cargo bed will become a removable tent with a high roof, where, presumably, a bed with space for up to two guests would be housed.

Accessories that are removed from the bottom of the bed allow you to have a full kitchen with a hob and a barbecue.

Tesla Cybertruck Price

The base version of the Tesla Cybertruck, with a single motor, will start at $39,900 in USA,

good for 250 miles of range, a tow rating of 7,500 pounds, and a 0- to 60-mph time of 6.5 seconds.

A dual-motor Tesla Cybertruck $49,000 version can tow 10,000 pounds and reach 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, with 300 miles of range.
